Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

Here at New England Window Washers, the safety of our employees and our customers remains our top priority, as it has for more than 30 years.

We are committed to combating the spread of COVID-19 and as such we are continuing to work with our customers to maintain and improve the cleanliness of their homes and offices.  We are following CDC, state and federal guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus.

At this time, we remain open for business and are actively accepting appointments, but are taking extraordinary precautions to safeguard the wellbeing of our customers, our employees and our community.

As many have heard, cleanliness both on your person and in your home is of utmost importance when it comes to stopping the spread of the novel coronavirus. We use only the safest, most reliable cleaning products, including antibacterial soap.

Also, for those in self-imposed quarantine or abiding with official stay-at-home requirements, nothing is better than to be looking through clean windows to see the outside!

New England Window Washers is taking the following precautions to ensure the safety of our employees, our customers and our community:

  • All our workers will wash their hands and use hand sanitizer before and after entering everyone’s home/business.

  • We will maintain 6 feet of distance from everyone while working and, as much as we hate to, will refrain from shaking your hand.

  • We will wash down and sanitize any area we touch in your home/business with either soap and water or disinfectant wipes.

  • While not as high of a return on your investment, if you prefer, we can always offer an exterior-only cleaning.

  • Any of our employees showing any symptoms of any illness, no matter how insignificant, will be required to stay at home for a minimum of 14 days.

  • All employees have been encouraged to practice social distancing since the beginning of this pandemic and we encourage our team to continue to do so, as long as recommended by CDC and other health officials.

For the safety of my crew, I would also ask that if anyone in your business or household is showing any symptoms or has been sick, you notify us immediately so we can reschedule to a later date.

If you have any questions, concerns or need to discuss your specific situation, please feel free to reach out to me personally at any time.

Thank you for you business and continued confidence in our company throughout these difficult times.

Stay well.

David Flynn, Owner
